During his time in Intel’s “Safer Children” project, he had the opportunity to work with external organisations like Thorn, the DC-based National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Interpol.  This experience convinced him that there was a huge “implementation gap” between the tools currently available to analysts and investigators and what could be built using the latest developments in machine learning.  This conviction led him to found Rigr AI, a small firm focused very tightly on applying AI to sensitive data in support of the original “Safer Children” goals.
